- Excluding families, entire party must be 25 years of age or older to book
- No selection or guarantee of specific site, UNLESS a separate site lock fee is paid upon time of reservation which is not included in offer rates. Lock Fee rates are $45
- Accommodations for promotional vouchers are limited and subject to resort availability. Customers are strongly encouraged to book as soon as possible
- Reservations must be made in advance, directly with Sun Retreats Sherkston Shores and based on availability

- Pet friendly resort but must be notified of pets ahead of time. Vacation Cottage Rental pet fee of $50 plus tax will apply (not included in offer) and must be paid at time of reservation
