What is BeRightBack?

BeRightBack is a subsidiary of WagJag Inc. and your go to destination for staycations and nearby trips

How does BeRightBack work?

Once a deal is purchased, you will receive a voucher which you will redeem with the advertised merchant. The method of redeeming a voucher can vary (ie; online or in stores) but not to worry, each voucher will give you detailed instructions on how to cash in on your purchase.

How much does it cost to join BeRightBack?

There is no charge to join!



How do I purchase a deal?

Purchasing a deal is amazingly easy.

1. Log In or Sign Up at

3. Click on the BUY button. 

4. Fill out your Billing and Payment Information.

5. Submit your order. 

Can I buy a deal after the time has run out?

Unfortunately, not. Once the clock runs out on a deal, the deal is no longer available. But not to worry! We have deals run all year round. Sometimes a deal might only close momentarily to give our vendors time to redeem the vouchers sold. We try our best to manage expectations for both our vendors and customers so that we never oversell any deals.

What payment type does BeRightBack accept?

BeRightBack accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. BeRightBack only accepts payments associated with a billing address in Canada.



How do I search for a specific deal?

1-      Visit

2-      Start entering the name of the deal in the search bar on the top right hand side of the website.

*If the deal you are looking for has ended it will not show up on the site.

How do I find deals in my region?

Click on the dropdown menu (located on the top middle section of the website) and enter the city in which you would like to search. Some deals might appear in multiple regions.


How do I use gift certificates and promotion codes?

Once you Log In and after you select the BUY option on a deal, you will see the option to add a Gift Certificate OR a Promotion Code to your purchase. Enter the Gift Certificate/Promotion code and hit Apply. You will know your code was applied correctly because it will adjust your total in the 'Order Summary' field.

How do I know how much credit I have available?

After you Log In, the total amount of credits you have available will be visible under your name, on the upper right of the webpage. The dropdown menu next to your name also includes a section "My Credits" which will display your credit history including where and when you received credit and towards what it was applied. 

How do I apply my BeRightBack credit?

Credits are automatically applied to your purchase. You can edit the dollar value of credits you would like to apply in the “Order Summary” box.




What is the refund policy?

We guarantee that if you have any problems with a voucher you bought from our site we will give you a full refund within 10 days of purchasing the deal, and a full BeRightBack credit within 30 days of the purchase. We also guarantee you a full BeRightBack credit through the validity of your voucher if you are unable to use it due to the business shutting down or management changing - a truly risk free purchase offered only on!

Is BeRightBack TICO certified?





How do I confirm the voucher was purchased successfully?

If a voucher was purchased successfully, you will receive both confirmation of your purchase after submitting payment as well as via email.

Once the purchase completes you are also redirected to a different page confirming that the purchase was successful.

When do I get my voucher?

Vouchers are released in real time and will be emailed to you after the purchase is made; your vouchers will also be available to you in your BeRightBack account

What if I lose my voucher?

If you lose your voucher you can re-access it by logging into your BeRightBack account.

Do I need to print my voucher?

You will need to print your voucher when it needs to be presented in person for redemption. This may include, but is not limited to, restaurant, grocery and travel deals. Your voucher will list clear instructions on this condition in the fine print.

How many vouchers will I receive if I buy more than one voucher?

If you purchase more than one voucher for an offer, you will receive the corresponding number of vouchers, each with a unique voucher code.

I don’t think I received my voucher(s), what should I do?

If you have not received your voucher(s) please ensure that you double-check your inbox, including your spam and junk folders. If you have more than one email address, the voucher may have been sent to one of your other email accounts. All successfully purchased vouchers will also be available to you in your BeRightBack account.

Do vouchers expire?

Yes, most vouchers do expire. The expiry date of a voucher will be listed on the deal page of the offer as well as on the voucher itself. We strongly recommend that you take note of the expiry date prior to submitting your purchase(s).

How do I know which voucher(s) I have used?

Once a voucher has been redeemed, it will be marked as used by the merchant. The status of your voucher will be updated to “Redeemed” in your BeRightBack account.

You can also mark your voucher as redeemed by logging into your account and going to your vouchers section. Please make sure that you are redeeming the correct voucher. Redeeming the wrong voucher code could result in the vendor denying you service.



When can I use my voucher(s)?

The majority of BeRightBack vouchers can be used immediately upon release. Please read over the Offer Details and Fine Print on the deal page for more information.

Do I need ID when redeeming my voucher(s)?

It is always a good idea to have photo identification ready upon redeeming a voucher in person.

Can I combine my voucher(s) with other offers or specials?

Generally, not- exceptions to this will be outlined on the deal page and the fine print.

Are vouchers transferable and I can use them as gifts?

Yes, absolutely! BeRightBack vouchers are completely transferable and also available for purchase as gifts. For more information on gifting, please see article “Gifting” below.

If I don’t use the full value of my voucher can I use the remainder at a different time?

No. The full value of your voucher must be used in one visit.

I’m having trouble redeeming on the merchant’s website, what do I do?

Please check your voucher for the merchant’s contact details. If they are not available, please contact BeRightBack customer service and an agent will be happy to assist you

What if I buy a voucher from a merchant who goes out of business?

BeRightBack deals with businesses we trust. If you are unable to redeem your voucher due to a closure, please contact us.



How does gifting work?

Gifting is a simple process where vouchers can be purchased for someone else. Gifted vouchers can either be printed by the purchaser or emailed to the giftee directly. The giftee does not need to have a BeRightBack account in order to receive the voucher.  To gift a voucher, select the “Gift This” option visible on the screen that appears after you opt to Buy a deal.  You will be prompted to enter the recipient’s name, email address and if you would like, a personal message to the recipient.  The recipient’s name will appear on the voucher. If you chose the email option, the recipient will receive the voucher to the email address you provided.  




How do I set up an account?

Go to and click “Sign Up” on the upper right side of the webpage. Enter all your information and check the box to agree to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement. Then, click on “Sign Up”. You can also Sign Up using your Facebook information.

How do I adjust city and category preferences?

After logging into your BeRightBack account, select the drop down menu that appears next to your name (upper right of the webpage) and select "My Email Preferences". Here you can select which cities you would like to receive deals from as well as adjust your category preferences. 



How do I Log In to my account?

Go to and click on “Log In” on the upper right side on the webpage. You will be prompted to enter your email address and password. You can also Log In with Facebook.

How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot Your Password” option visible on the Log In screen. You will receive an email within the next 5-10 minutes. Please make sure to check your junk/spam folder for this email if you did not find it in your primary inbox.

How do I change information on my account?

You can edit personal information under the “My Profile” section of your account. After making any necessary changes, enter your password for security, and click on “Save” to submit the updates.
